How to Start a Return

Email admin@novatvhub.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Our team will reply with the next steps and return instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos. Eligible cases may receive a prepaid return label or a direct replacement, depending on stock and destination.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items
