All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Product availability, pricing, promotional discounts, and bundle offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through secure payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay where available. An order is confirmed only after payment authorization and our internal fraud and stock checks.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• International delivery available to 45+ countries.

• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary during peak periods, customs checks, or carrier delays.

5. Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. Returned products must meet the eligibility conditions described there.

6. Warranty

Nova TV Hub provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects on eligible products. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or damage caused by improper installation.

7. Intellectual Property

All store content, including branding, text, graphics, logos, layouts, and product presentation, remains the property of Nova TV Hub or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova TV Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, delayed delivery, product misuse, or incompatibility beyond the scope of the published specifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of Nova TV Hub, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.
